For the 2021/22 NBL Season, I designed the social media assets that were used to communicate key moments for every Phoenix match.
To help create fresh collateral posted on our channels throughout the season, I created different colourways based on whether it was a home, away or special themed match. The designs were heavily influenced by the team’s uniform and were created in both a 4:5 and 9:16 aspect ratio, suitable for social media feeds as well as Instagram Stories.
The goal of these graphics was to create something that could easily be edited between matches. Player imagery, names, numbers etc could be swapped in and out.
In most cases, each asset was provided to a sponsor of the club. Considerations in the design had to be made in order for the sponsor’s logo to be legible within the design.
